In the Wilburn Thomas days (before our GOGO rebrand), we explored brand and packaging concepts for Koval, Chicago’s first craft distillery. Our design inspiration came from different perspectives — Chicago modern architecture, Jugendstil art nouveau design, and the etymology of the word Koval, while making their unique grains and barrel toasting profiles an appealing point of difference.
